Kaneki Ken, a once ordinary college student, is irrevocably changed after a tragic encounter. The design captures his internal struggle between his human identity and his monstrous ghoul nature, symbolized by the split face. Inspired by the anime's dark aesthetic, it uses sharp lines and contrasting colors to showcase this duality. The Japanese title adds authenticity, whilst also hinting at the character's internal conflict.
