This design embodies the rhythm of life, the constant push and pull between exertion and restoration. The bold, contrasting typography reflects the powerful energy of both 'Inhale' and 'Exhale,' representing moments of deep breathing and intentional calm. I wanted to create a piece that visually represents this important bodily process and its effects on mental wellbeing, promoting a sense of balance and mindfulness within daily life. The contrasting colors and sharp lines emphasize the strength and contrast felt in this vital process.
