Grim Reaper – Coffee Break

The Grim Reaper, a connoisseur of the finer things in life—or afterlife—takes a moment to savor a steaming cup of coffee. In this design, we imagine him as a weary soul, just trying to get through another eternal day. The design was inspired by the everyday struggles we all face, even death itself needing a little caffeine to get by. Hidden in the mug is a small leaf reminding us that even in death, life persists. The coffee scene is a humorous twist on traditionally dark imagery.
